Dan originally hails from Valley Forge, PA attended The Hill School and is a graduate of the University of Richmond, School of Business. Dan and his wife have been full-time residents of Hilton Head Island since 1988. All three of their children are Hilton Head natives.
Dan joined Searchlight Realty in 1989, acquired the company in 1995, and added their newest division, long-term rental, which is thriving today.
Dan currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Hilton Head Island Multiple Listing Service.

Diane was born and raised on Long Island, NY and move to Hilton Head Island in 2000 with her husband, Arthur.
